Mobilityscan platform.
Made4it's mobilityscan web platform was initially created for the City of Antwerp. The program “Smart ways to Antwerp” wants to keep the city accessible by offering — amongst others — large and medium-sized companies in the area a mobility scan to map the current travel behaviour of employees and highlight the potential for smarter commutes.
In the meantime, Made4it's platform is also used by the municipalities of Maastricht and Roermond in the Netherlands and the Bundesstadt Bonn in Germany, and more customers are on the way.
What it does
The platform helps customers perform:
Origin analyses
Where do employees live? On a map, broken down by mode.
Modal Split analyses
How do employees currently travel?
Potential analyses
How big is the potential for fewer cars? What are the realistic alternatives?
Behavioral Influence / Benefit analyses
Savings for the environment (reduced CO2 emissions) and profit for the employee (vitality gain).
Travel times
Travel time intervals by transport mode.
Calculation model for alternative scenario analyses
What is the more/less potential if…
Calculation models and rules have been validated by external mobility experts. The overall platform has been GDPR-approved by an external law firm under a data processor agreement (“Vertrag zur Auftragsverarbeitung gemäß Art. 28 DSGVO”).
